Simone's is owned and operated by Alyssa Simone
Edmonds. Although Alyssa acquired formal culinary
training, her special cooking techniques were acquired
from a long line of great chefs. Alyssa shares a rich
family tradition of food service excellence. Her great
grandparents owned a successful restaurant in Queens,
N.Y. and later developed a successful catering service
for local businesses and families.

At a very early age, Alyssa was exposed to and trained
in culianry arts. She has over 20 years experience to
her credit and she offers a wealth of knowledge and
expertise that is unsurpassed in the industry.

At Simone's, each meal is made to order and prepared
with the freshest ingredients available.
